TRUE JOY

A state of true joy comes from being soul centered, it has nothing 'human' in it. Joy is our natural state as spiritual beings. To me experiencing true joy means to connect to your soul and ask ' How can I be of service to the Universe? What are my spiritual gifts this lifetime that I can share with the rest of the world in love?'
I often ask the Universe simply to 'take me where I am needed' and then I wait and see what happens, what people and events are brought to me and I trust. I keep an open heart and a strong will to share my most precious gift this lifetime which is my love for Life.
I invite you to ask the Universe how you can be of service and to show you your true gifts..and then once you have found the answer go out there with an open heart and share them. You then become soul centered and true joy steps in. And you can hold on to that state of being forever, it is yours and it has always been.
Do not hold any expectation of reward for being of service, instead know that the Universe always provides you with all that you need, if you are ready to accept it.

With Infinite joy,
Claudia

CONSCIOUSLY CREATING YOUR LIFE

I have been studying and practising the Universal spiritual laws for sometime now with amazing results. Through studying how the mind works and how energy works I have got to a point where I have been able to apply the Laws to bring about what I want. Through Cosmic Ordering I have manifested my new car, my last boyfriend, my pay rise, my lottery win ( not a big amount but I am working on it !!), unexpected money, loving people, workshops and so much more.

There is tremendous power within us but for most part we are unaware of it, we are ‘asleep’. When we become fully conscious or aware that we are carrying around negative beliefs and actively work to shift them into positive ones we become aware of this power and we can use direct it intentionally to manifest what we want.
The first step is to decide what is that we want (and not what we don’t want, always focus of what YOU WANT) and find ways to substitute our old thinking patterns with new, positive ones. We do not necessarily need to know what our negative beliefs are. Sometimes it is quite easy to work them out. For example if you find it difficult to find a boyfriend you surely have negative beliefs about men or about intimacy or both so you want to start filling your mind with positivity. If you find it difficult to attract money in your life you surely have negative beliefs about money.
What is the subconscious mind? All our beliefs that we have picked up since we were born sit in the back of our mind so to speak or subconscious mind. As adults, these beliefs still influence our actions and responses and we are for most part unaware of them. These beliefs are the ones that stop us from achieving what we want, and because we are not aware of the subconscious mind unless we have learnt that it exists we spend most of our lives blaming our past, our parents, society and so on for our misery.
The good news is you have total power to change your life at any time! First of all we must take full responsibility for ALL that is present in our life knowing that one way or the other we have attracted it. Blaming others or circumstances only blocks the flow of universal energy; once that is blocked you have no manifesting power. You see? We ALWAYS have full responsibility.
The ways I have experimented and found useful in shifting my subconscious beliefs are: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), affirmations and visualisation.
There is so much to be said on the subject of subconscious and manifesting and I will be pleased to write more on this in future. For now I want to leave you with a small list of books that I have found very useful and that have offered me valuable tools to start shifting my consciousness. Hope you find them as useful as I have.

With Infinite Blessings,
Claudia x

Tantra

I recently attended a weekend introduction on Tantra facilitated by Jelws Wingfield here in Brighton. I had been wanting to 'dive' into tantra for a little while. I wanted to give love the deep meaning that it deserves. The weekend was just amazing. The first day I found a bit challenging, having to take down a few masks and get in touch with my deeper self. The second day I reaped the benefits of accepting that challenge. I felt full of self-love, peace and acceptance for myself. The bond I felt with all the other people in the group ( about 30 of us) was incredible. The feeling of gratitude for being blessed with that experience was and still is immense. As Jewls says 'Tantra is about loving kindness'... and the venue was definetely full of loving kindness, what a blessing to be part of it !
With over 15 years experience in Tantra Jewls is a very good facilitator and she pushes you gently and lovingly into exploring your inner world, your boundaries ( or lack of them), the way you relate to other people and she creates a safe environment for everybody. I thoroughly enjoyed the intro weekend and I recommend it to everybody interested in developing self-love and self-acceptance.  I so much enjoyed it that I have signed up for the Deep Diving program that starts next year ! Gratitude

Hello lovely people,

Through my life experience and in particular the last few years I have come to understand the power of gratitude. The simple act of being grateful for what I have in my life brings me more reasons to be grateful, it has a plentifold effect. And it is so easy to find reasons to be grateful; my health, my love for life, my smile, my friends, the food I eat, the people I meet, my job, my car, the clothes I wear, music, flowers, nature, a good laugh, a sunny day, chocolate (!!), waking up in the morning and realising that I have been given another beautiful day to live and to make the most of. I could go on forever, there are so many things to be grateful for, the list is infinite.

Being grateful is so simple that some people would think it cannot possibly be so easy to create a blissful life. I invite you to give it a go, you can start by simply writing down every day at least 7 things you are grateful for. I am quite sure you will be surprised of how many blessings will start coming your way. Being grateful opens our heart and so we invite more of the good things to come into our lives because we start vibrating good energy and like attracts like.

With blessings,

Claudia
